Yes, absolutely no payment is required! Signing up on the SenYoxla platform, participating in campaigns, and receiving product testing boxes at your address are all completely free. In our model, you don’t pay for the product or the delivery; instead, you test the product and share your honest experience and feedback with us.

2.I’ve signed up — when will my box arrive?

The delivery of boxes depends on how well your profile information (age, city, interests, etc.) matches the requirements of active campaigns through our system. Each month, different target audiences are selected based on brand needs. As soon as a match is found, you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience!

3. Does everyone who signs up definitely receive a box?

We would like to inform you that your application remains active in our system and is reviewed during each new campaign cycle. However, the number of boxes available in each campaign is limited (subject to stock availability). While matching profiles with available products, the system selects participants within these limits.

Since this month’s stock has already been fully allocated, your profile will be reviewed again in upcoming campaigns. The process is entirely managed by the system based on queue order. As soon as a match is found between your profile and the products, you will definitely be notified via WhatsApp.

4. Who delivers the box and where is it delivered?

If you are selected, your product box will be delivered by a courier to designated metro stations or special pick-up points. You will be informed in advance via WhatsApp about the most convenient delivery location and time for you. Currently, our service mainly covers the city of Baku.

5. Is it mandatory to leave feedback after testing the product?

Yes, providing feedback is a key requirement of being part of the SenYoxla community. Brands send these products to learn about your honest opinions. After testing the product, completing our survey will significantly increase your chances of being selected in future campaigns.

6. How can I share my feedback after testing the product?

After testing the product, sharing your experience is very simple! You don’t need to log into a website or fill out long forms. After a certain period following the delivery, we will send you a special feedback survey via WhatsApp. You just need to click the link and answer a few short questions. Your honest feedback is very important for brands and also significantly increases your chances of being selected in future campaigns.
